I reached out about an issue with my order and support was fast with the reply. They was helpful and got it sorted quicker than I expected

I had to return a model car from Fairfield Collectibles because I somehow ordered the wrong scale, which was obviously my mistake. I was fully expecting the return process to be annoying, because that’s usually how these things go, but thankfully it wasn’t.

I emailed them and, shockingly enough, got clear instructions quickly. I sent it back, and once it showed as delivered, they refunded me not long after instead of making me chase them around for it.

No hassle, no weird runaround, no customer service maze to suffer through, which I genuinely appreciated. I’ll order from them again, though apparently I’ll be reading the size details like my life depends on it next time

I ordered from Fairfield Collectibles and, i was kind of bracing myself for the usual shipping headache. But the package showed up way sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise for once. Tracking was simple enough to follow, it arrived in good shape, and I really don’t have anything to complain about on the shipping side, which is rare these days.

The whole thing felt kind of cheap when I got it. Disappointing. The details didn’t really match the photos either, which made me wonder if it’s even the real thing. Weird.

The box arrived safely with no dents or damage, and the model inside was in great condition. I had asked support about shipping beforehand and they basically said, “We’ll make sure it’s packed securely,” and that’s exactly how it showed up. Really happy with it.

I’ve checked a few diecast sites before, and Fairfield Collectibles was actually fair with prices. I found couple models I had been wanting, and the total came out lower than I thought it would.
Shipping wasn’t free, but even after adding that in, it still felt like a good deal. The quality matched price well enough, so I’m happy with what I got.

I was happy browsing Fairfield Collectibles. They’ve got a solid mix of diecast cars, including some harder-to-find models that I don’t always see on other sites. Most of the things I clicked on were actually in stock too, which was a nice surprise. A couple items were sold out, but it wasn’t a big deal. Then suddenly I was like, okay wow, this is way less frustrating than half the other places I’ve checked. Overall, good selection and I’d shop there again.
